How is Lake Home Solutions different from a traditional property management company?
Lake Home Solutions does not act as a rental agent or licensed realtor for the Owner. We do not negotiate lease terms, sign leases, manage the property, or show the property to potential renters. Instead, we rely on information provided by the Owner, who will handle direct advertising on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. We cohost luxury, lake homes in partnership with the owner(s) to help generate more revenue for them.
What is a cohost?
A cohost helps the listing owner take care of their home and guests such as: managing the owner’s listing, responding to inquiries, messaging guests, and caring for the property.
Are you an AirBnb Superhost?
Yes! Being a Superhost on Airbnb means that a host has consistently provided outstanding hospitality and has met specific criteria set by Airbnb. It’s a status given to top-rated and highly experienced hosts who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. We help design and stage the property to maximize rental occupancy rates.
What is the process of launching a new property with an owner?
We initiate an agreement, prepare the home for listing on AirBnb & VRBO, manage the AirBnb & VRBO platforms, and go live.
What is the timeline for this process?
It can vary, but it usually takes 2-4 weeks, from start to finish, to go live on AirBnb & VRBO.
